As did the ancient Mystery Schools we use whatever information we can to obtain knowledge for knowledge allows understanding and understanding promotes wisdom. Modern Wicca, witchcraft and occultism is not about getting rich. It is not about changing your luck, and it is not about gaining power over others. It is about caring. Caring for those around you, caring for the world you live in, caring for the enviroment and, perhaps most of all, caring for yourself.

You can only care when you understand. For when you understand you realise that you are everything you care for and therefore anything becomes possible and available to you. When you care for the world the world will care for you! You will have riches, luck and power but with the realisation that none of this is necessary.
